Human verification As a way of getting rid of spammers posting to our forum, we have started using a technique that we call human verification. It's basically a password you have to enter for the posting to be from a human being instead of a spam-bot. You can see the current password as "ASCII-art". It's like CAPTCHA, except that it uses ASCII instead of images. By using this technique we avoid requiring registration and we keep compatibility with all web browsers, even text-based and ones without cookie support. We hope you understand our reasoning behind this move, and that it won't keep you from using our forum, and most of all, that it should keep the spammers silent for now.
