I don't know if there's any other enthusiasts who hook up a MIDI ring every once in a while, but if there are...
MMUTIL32 is a program that's been in the works for quite a while now. It allows you to translate mazes between MidiMaze, MidiMaze II Registered, and MidiMaze II Freeware with a few easy keystrokes. You can also create new mazes, edit them, and encode them into whatever format you want.
The program is a Windows Console app (requiring 9x or NT to run).
