This is the right forum to post to.
Now before you start ordering a load of hardware as
Crash suggested, i recommend you take HDX again
and try to install a driver. If that works, then the drive
is very likely to be recognized when booting the ST.
Also, please bear in mind that the drive takes a while
to spin up so it's sensible to first switch on the drive,
wait a while, and then switch on the ST.
If HDX refuses to install a driver and you're using at
least version 3.x of HDX, then it might be time to think
about getting new hardware.
