The Megafile apparently uses an RLL type of hard disk with an ST412 type of interface.
Here are some links to a few other places that may have these in stock (ST238R, ST250R, ST277R, ST279R):

The ST279R (60mb) may be faster than the others due to a much shorter seek time.
