The board isn't quite a rectangle, but it does run the entire case from left to right and practically the entire case from front to back. Consequently, you may assume a bit less than 12" by a bit less than 19".
As mentioned before, all Ataris take a large tower to hold, unless you have the skill to significantly modify a mid-tower PC case. Rack-mount casing works very well.
