Hi Atari Freek

There is a program which is still being supported called Photo-Tip(??) which supports the Olympus line of cameras via the serial port. This program is French with English translations. There are also SCSI card readers which need no special software except
BIG DOS or MEDIACHG, both of which come free with the HD DRIVER package and are also available separetly. This assumes that your camera uses removable cards and the card reader ain't cheap, it's about $125 US.
