hmm...I think I can see a few bugs in this code. It should include somewhere:-

if (Detect_InternalCache())
Disable(InternalCache())
if (Detect_ExternalCache())
Disable(ExternalCache())

And :-

SetMouseClicks(LOTS);
SetMouseReaction(SLOW);
SetMouseReaction(JERKY);

SetKeyboardState(RANDOM_KEY_STUCK_DOWN)
SetKeyboardState(NUMSLOCK_OFF_BUT_LED_ON)

SetJoystickState(TOTALLY_NOT_WORKING)
