This happens when archives have been built
with Winzip (or maybe other packers than the
original PKZip under DOS). I suppose it's
Winzip's way of getting long-filenames into
the archive or handling additional file-flags
that were not supported by the original ZIP-
standard.
These files are annoying, but with 128 bytes
length each, they are not really important.
