Nemesis/Phantom (dunno about the CT1 but it's supposed to be very similar) are a chunk better than the PowerUp2, though if all you can get is a PowerUp2 it is a lot better than nothing....with it and NVDI you get a really massive increase in screen redraw with Cubase Audio....I use a Falcon with a PU2 in my studio and it is a lot better than a stock one....
