While it's most likely possible to create a driver for the 0404, it's highly unlikely that it will be possible to make it work properly in in Cubase Audio.

Also, the 0404 and Emulator-X relies on CPU horsepower to render the sound, which makes it unsuitable for the falcon/CT60. Personally, I think it would make much more sense to write drivers for cards such as the EMU-APS, which has a much more flexible onboard DSP. I know, this card hasn't been produced for many years, but frankly I found it a lot better then the 0404 and the 1212, even though it couldn't handle sample rates other than 48KHz.
