NetusBee, connects to the cartridge port of any atari computer, provides ethernet and usb. Speeds from 80Kbytes/sec to 400Kbytes/sec. Price 90 Euros

Alternatively, if you have another computer you want to connect to, you can use a null modem cable and ppp and get the same speeds. Cost of null modem cable 2-3Euros, cheaper if you make it yourself.

My point, 98$ are too much money for this.
