You can get this message if you try and run a program from the DESKTOP when it's meant to run from the AUTO folder!!!

If you get this message on a program that usually runs fine, then it may be worth rebooting your system; if it still appears you may have to leave your mechine switched off for a few minutes.

If that fails, you could be infected via a virus:( some of the side effects, due to hiding themselves in memory, can cause programs to bombout, fail to run etc.

Switch your machine off for several minutes and boot froma disk that you KNOW is safe. If this works, go and get a virus checker and go through EVERY ONE of your disks.
