I have more hard drives than most PC Shops, so you are welcome to one...
You ask for 200MB, so the closest I have to that, without going low, is a 270mb.
That should do you... Its yours if you want it - No charge!
Trouble is though, do you have a controler? - ICD or TopLink or any other?
That's the expensive bit I am afraid!
I do have a spare, but I am not 100% sure if it works properly!
I have been having some hassle with it recently, and I took it off, but I tried it again, and it did work, so I assume it was the ribbon cable!
I am too cheap to buy another one, even though its only a fiver!
I dont have a case, or PSU, as I have given them to a mate, but you can simply buy a PC Case and use that! - its cheaper than buying an Atari part - trust me!
If you want though, I will throw it all together, complete, and ready to connect to your Atari, but if I do that, then I want paying for it... If so, then how much are you willing to waste?
