Phil - upgrading the memory in a Falcon is only easy IF YOU ALREADY HAVE the upgrade! I've never been able to source one successfully. That's what makes it a difficult process - and as you can see, some users have resorted to manufacturing their own memory upgrades due to lack of availability.
The upgrade itself is mechanically simple. From start to finish though it can be very difficult.
