Looks like you're making good progress now.

I don't know much about MagiC but trying a bog-standard Falcon030 compatible version (maybe from disk) is a good idea. Also, i think having a closer look at the extra RAM of the CT63 is worth the effort, too.

Another wild guess would be to check NVRAM consistency. It fails with age and many Falcons have been reported to behave strangely if its content is corrupted.
