If you asked me the same question 8 years ago, I could have told you, But sadly the adapter and monitor have since long departed.

If you have an Atari ST manual, the outputs for the monitor are there.
and for your Phillips monitors, they should be ok!.
just look here on the Internet for your Monitor pin inputs.
