Just this partitions, You have thrown into trash still cause Your problem...
Why? TOS can see only 14 devices! So that removed from desktop partitions exhouse this limit.
Try to do it once more, following instruction I sent You in mail. And remember: reduce partition size as long as it will disappear at all! You will see it this way that it's slider will be shown as "ligt" (not availible).
