 Subject: 410 tape drive question

I have an atari XE and I was wondering how I could record/save an atari basic program I have written to the tape on the 410 cassette drive...It came with no manual when I got it so I have no clue, Does anyone know the basic operation for it?...and is there an online manual somewhere on the web?
Any help would be great!!
