I'm looking for the best Atari 8-bit Emulator for Windows!

I've got a few, but they all kind of don't do something the other does.

Things I'm looking for in an 8-bit emulator:

* Which one will play the most software?

* Which one will utilize the PC's hardware as resources for the Atari emulator so that the Atari emulator believes it has the whole PC hard drive to use?

* Which one will utilize the PC's modem to dial out to a BBS?

Thank you.

Also, even if it costs something I wouldn't mind supporting someone with money who makes a great emulator that does all the above.
