I think there is a teac 106E calculator emulator for the Amiga, but it probably doesn't fit your criteria of a "modern system", as it came out at least 5 years ago. I think there are still some bugs with the "addition" function when operating on unsigned binary numbers larger than 0 though. This is not a problem with the emulator but a legacy problem with the Amiga hardware itself. (which hurt it's entry into the education market)
As for your question about the atari emulator, the answer is yes. For the a600hd or better, there is a Falcon030 emulator called TosOff. It emulates the Falcon at around 80-90% speed (depending on the size of your gnads region), and is IBM compatible. Sorry I don't have the link... have a search on Google. Good luck
