Forget about use of the floppy drive. If you want something for general atari computing under emulation I suggest ARANYM. If you want to emulate an atari ST in all aspects go for STEEM and Hatari. ARANYM and Hatari have limited Falcon emulation, while only Hatari can emulate the TT in some manner. Any of these will run on your machine (for Hatari you'll need the cygwin port or recompile it yourself for windows).
