Hey, after being away from the ST line (for about 8 years, sadly enough), I have a few questions which I am sure have been asked many times before.
I have a ton of Atari ST items, as I was an avid ST'er for several years, and have just recently obtained a 16Meg Falcon 030 with a 40 meg drive inside. It has not arrived yet, but will hopefully tomorrow.
My questions involve "modernizing", if you will, the ST/Falcon.
1) How can I get on the internet? Back when I was into ST's, HST USRobotic modems at 14.4 were the norm, and the internet didn't exist for the masses - we were BBS's. I have a Motorola Cable Modem now, and it would be great to network the PC and Falcon, so I can share internet access -- possible? When I say get on the internet, I mean everything - what programs to use to connect, browse, read email, etc.
2) Should I upgrade to Mint or another Multitasking OS?
