I have 2 ST s. My 1 meg ST reads the disk but shows nothing is on it. My 520 shows there is. Now, my meg ST has an internal drive that has been replaced with what appears to be a regular pc disk drive. This DID work when I first got the computer about 2 months ago. I had another atari drive and replaced the pc one with it. The light came on indicating it was reading it but showed no data was on the disk when there actually was. So I put the disk drive it came with back in and it did the same thing--no data. Where is the problem? the drive, cable, computer itself, a ground, chip etc????? I replaced the drive because i had to take the cover off every time I wanted to change the disk. The drive was the wrong size. Thanks for any help. Tim
