Here is my problem: i have 1040ste which doesn't work. Nothing can be seen on monitor, and the monitor isn't broken, it is working with otehr st, computer isn't loading anything from the floppy disc on boot, the power supply is giving the right voltages ( measured with and without main board connected ), the power led on keyboard is on. Can this be a TOS problem? Is there any part on the main board which is likely to be broken? This computer has been working for years since few weeks ago, when i found it to be broken. Can anyone help?
