I'm trying to reduce the noise of my equipment in my studio.
I've 2U rackmounted my falcon, and was wondering whether taking the internal fan out would make a huge difference cooling wise?
I doubt whether a fan that small could really make a big effect on the heat generated largely by the PSU and HD could it?
Surely drilling some vent holes above each of them would make a bigger change.
