Hello, all. I just got my TT out of its box for the first time in 5 years and I can't believe how much of everything I've forgotten, I feel like a complete beginner again. Anyway, I couldn't remember at all what state I had left the machine in when I packed it up to move in 1998 and was pleasantly surprised to find that it actually booted up!
Anyway, while there's a million different directions to go at this point, my primary goal right now is to get connected to the internet via my home network. I have found lots of resources for this throughout the web, but I can't seem to find, in English, the perfect way for me to connect using a serial cable to a PC. This is my current setup:
DSL modem connected to a Linksys router, 2 PC's running WinXP and 2 laptops also running WinXP, one of them using a wireless-g connection.
My TT currently has MagiC 4.02 running on it and Stik 1.12 is also installed, but I can't remember the first thing about that installation other than I used to connect via an external modem with it to my old ISP in the town I moved from.
Could someone please tell me what I need to download and install to connect via one of my PC's to the internet using the serial cable? That would be fantastic!
Thanks!
