I saved data in 1993 with a Atari 1024ST on a 3'5 disk. I kept the disk... but my Atari died!

For legal purpose I have to prove I've done it at that date

Is there any way of finding out the date when a disk has been mastered... and to be shure it hasn't been modified after this date

thanks for your help
