Hello,
I've come across a demo that contains a .YM song that I swear I've heard somewhere before. As it's a bit pointless trying to get people to identify it by its sound, I'm gonna try to get hold of the acutal data and see if there's any identifying data in it. So far I've got EasyRider running and had a look at the boot sector of the disk, which looks like a sector loader (I know a lot about x86 assembly language, but with 68000 its purpose isn't quite so obvious). I also know that the screens were packed using Atomik Packer 3.3.
Can anyone give me some tips on taking this apart so I don't overly waste my time here? :)
