Author: 0 (0) Date: -0 I've been dreaming of a Falcon for more than 10 years now, and been looking for an affordable one for some years now. Just couple of days back I managed to find one and bought it. Oh yes, plugged the cables, put the power on. The green led was lit, the fan goes on - and that's it. Black screen, nothing happens. Tried to switch off/on for couple of dozen times with no luck. The facts as I know them: - 14 MB memory (seems to be installed afterwards as it says only 4 MB in the bottom of the case) - no internal HD: I have an external SCSI drive but don't have an external case for that for the time being - floppy drive is Epson branded: at startup no signs of life: no led activity - monitor is NEC 2A multisync - no problem there, I am able to get a picture on screen with my PC The question is: what could be damaged? Is there a "checklist" to go through in order to find what's wrong? Thanks for any help! Sami, Finland (and hi to Havoc - LONG time no hear!)
