Today I've formated and partitioned my drive (490 MB) using HDDRUTIL... But I can't 'initialize partitions' and 'install HDDRIVER', because the device selection window doesn't show my device before these two operations. I'm using Atari ST(fm).
I've set the drive for 'TOS compatibility' (in HDDRUTIL partitioning), I've divided my drive like this:
and I thought that it might be a problem, so I tried dividing the drive like this:
15MB GEM
31MB GEM
31MB GEM
13MB GEM
but it gave me the same result - even if the partitioning was OK and the next time I open the partitioning window or the window 'Change partition types' it shows me the partitions I've done with partitioning; it doesn't show me my drive in the window before 'install HDDRIVER' and 'initialize partitions'.
Does anyone has any idea where could be the problem?
