Hi, man! Since threads donīt work on this forum, I write this answer in a new topic...

Now, If youīre a real speedfreak, why the heck are you then messing with FLOPPYDISKS?!? You should really have a look at PARALELLCOPY! It lets you copy/move unlimited amounts of data between your ATARI and a ibm-clone via the centronics paralellports, and it does it FAST! I use it almost every day between my FALCON and a old 486, and I can tell itīs stable and reliable... You only need a paralellcable with 11 leads, and 2 Dsub25 connectors. Get this brilliant software at:
