Hi,

I have just bought a SCSI ZIP drive for my STE - Very nice, except I am one of the unlucky individuals that has a machine with a dodgy DMA chip (Round of applause for the legendary Atari quality assurance department!)

Is there anyone out there in the UK in the West/South Yorkshire area ( near Barnsley, Sheffield, Huddersfield or Halifax) that has a 520 or 1040 STE that is willing to part with it for a reasonable price? Or if you never intend to use a hard drive with it would you be willing to do a straight swap for my otherwise immaculate STE?

I'm trying to save myself the hassle of shipping it to Atari Workshop in London for a new DMA chip to be fitted.
