Unpacked again my MegaST2 after several years of adequate storage. Tried to start it, and this is what happens:
Booting form either the MegaFile 30 or floppy, the desktop appears, but the computer produces a fast paced beep, like the one produced when you hold a key down too long. Also the cursor is frozen in the center of the screen, the mouse does not work, and I can't even move the cursor with the keyboard.
Any hints? Thanks.
