I need help with my 1040stf....

1. how do i put the new TOS (btw how can i find what ver do i have)
2. how do put more memory on my atri?
3. can i put a 1.44 floppy and what kind? because i cant fotmat any floppy in my
720k drive...
4. where can find some utils for the atari fixdisk and stuff like that...
