Well

I've got my minixFS working
i've modified my mint.cnf to change my NEWFATFS and VFAT

But i still can't see any long filenames!

Indeed how do i create them even?
I've untarred my GNU C, but all i get are directories like 2,95.5 and all my filenames are truncated, no matter what CLI i use and of course in the folder windows too.

How do i see these long filenames?
Will GNU C even work with shortened filenames?

Should i just give up on GNU and stick with my old copy of Lattice?

What is a decent CLI for creating long filenamed files and folders?

Any Help, very VERY much appreciated

Cheers,
Joe
