If you're a regular visitor to this site then you'll know that I was after an STE a few weeks ago as I had a problem with my own ST and a SCSI Zip drive not working.
Suffice to say that I tested the drive on a mate's STFM, and I even bought a second hand 4Mb STE to test the drive on. it would appear that as I suspected the drive (or link adaptor) is faulty.
So I now have a spare 4Mb STE computer that I'd like to sell.
Maybe you've been out of the ST scene for a few years. Maybe your new to them and only got interested because of the emulation scene. The STE is in good condition, has TOS 1.62 installed (but I do have software that can load TOS 2.06 into the memory!)
I also have a spare set of ST Format Magazines issues 47 - 79 complete with coverdisks that are surplus to my requirements and a stack of original boxed games and serious DTP/Word Processing Software.
