A few days ago i bought an Atari ST 1040.
I have an old Phillips monitor with cinch connectors, that i connected to the Atari ST television connector. The Monitor is okay, i'm using it also with my old Roland S-550 Sampler.
When I switch on the Atari, i seems "boot"
and checks for a disk several times. When I insert a disk he reads it. But I can't see anything on the monitor. Do I have to get the "Atari monitor cable" or can i switch between monitor and television so that the Atari sends a picture to the television connector?
