Hi,

Check out the ACE software synthesizer for the Falcon030 at newbeat.atari.org.

It features an advanced analog modelling twin-oscillator synth engine with warm filters, advanced modulation functions, envelopes etc.

In addition to this it can also be used as a sampleplayer, still using the same warm filter engine.

It has a digital effects section with reverb and stereo delay (ping pong), with user configurable delay/decay times.

Those of you who has used softsynths on the PC knows about latency problems. ACE has none of these problems.

ACE is very compatible and works great on my CT2, and gives me 16 voices with digital effects in 50khz. It even supports multiple outputs on my FA8.

The soundquality is absolutely amazing and can be compared to some classic analog stuff. I have actually bought a second Falcon just for ACE.

Support Thomas hard work. Please don't crack and spread this program.

ACE is well worth it's money and is imho the most advanced musical application ever on the platform.

/Peter
