Please dont flame me for writing the A***A word ;)

How can I connect my beloved Atari STE to a Amiga I recently got from a friend?
I want to send over CROSSdos so that the Amiga can read PC formatted disks (or CrossMAC for macfiles)
I know that ParCP doesn´t work with amigas, but are there any other solutions?
I guess that standard Z-modem between the serial ports should work, but I have no clue on how to do this (or amigasoftware).
Help please!
