Is it possible to setup a PC to completely boot up into an Atari operating system such as SpartaDOS or the GEM operating system?

Maybe Windows98 will have to be installed, and run in the background, but otherwise, could a PC be made to boot straight up into Atari and use all resources of the PC?

Like a multi-boot or something. Please let me know if anyone's doing this!
