I recently went to nintendo.com and they had a large note on emulation and legal stuff and they said it is not legal to have roms of old games from lack of avialablity because they keep bringing back old games.

Now for the Atari 2600 would it not be legal to have a Donkey Kong (Nintendo) rom? or a Star Trek (Sega) rom?
