Hello there! I have a Jaguar CD-ROM unit that has gone kaputz. Every time I put a CD in, it tries to spin up but just sits there; and eventually a CD appears with a question mark on it on-screen. Has anyone else encountered this with the hardware? Is there anyplace that will do repair work on it?
