is there any programs I can use on a real Atari to extract .ST and .MSA images into real ST disks?

friend of mine has got back onto the ST after 8 years and always nagging me to extract menu disks (he has an iMac) he downloads in .ST or .MSA format into real disks, and my PC gets fussy about messing about with disks with weird formats.
