hello all
i'm looking for the small black icc chips as used in the stfm memory (256k dramms - 8 legs on each side) - they typically used 16 of these per bank (512k) some used 4 (i'm interested in these too) these chips were soldered to the stfm motherboard - (i'm not interested in ste simms by the way) if anyone has any of these or knows where i can find some cheap - i would be interested in buying them - don't mention maplin though - £60 for 16!!!
