Now that I have had my 030 running for a few days, I am psyched! This baby is as fun as I had always imagined.

Now that I have finally gotten my hard drive sorted out, I am ready to set up my Dr T software, and other assorted goodies. With ftps like funet.fi, and Atari MIDI World, there are lots of amazing toys out there!

I am really hoping I can get my Falcon to transfer files from CD, because I don't like floppies, can't afford them now. Meanwhile I have SCSI CD drives, and disks of Atari stuff I've downloaded. I want to install this stuff from CD and save the trouble of writing and erasing the same half-dozen floppies a few hundred times!

I had tried a driver called MetaDos, and a special Falcon.bos file for the 030... but it never seemed to mount cds. My Falcon is TOS 4.0.4, now with HDDriver. HDD sees my CD drive with no problem, so I guess I just need some util for mounting the filesystem so I can transfer files, but I don't know what works. Any recommendations and/or links would be greatly appreciated!
