Just wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions. Turns out that the resolution was a combination of things. One was HD Driver 7.71 which and the other was bad drives. I was NEVER able to get the 105 or 240 meg drives to boot, but with HD Driver and a 1.2 gig drive blammo... works like a charm when Atari's software couldn't even format it!
