Hi all

The saga to get my TT fastram working continues and I was hoping one of you computer whizzes might be able to help me (again sorry :-)). I've got my Atari TT ram upgrade to detect my memory (4mb) at long last, and it gets past the memeory test fine. However running any software that tries to access the TT ram crashes the computer. Presumably it must be something to do with the Simms I'm using, but I've tried loads and all with the same results. I've tried 70ns, 60ns (which I think is the faster of the two, but if someone could confirm this it would be a great help) but no luck. Is there a difference between using parity and non parity memory does anyone know? Also to get the memory to register I had to set the jumpers on the memory board to Fast page mode on, as the memory test fails with it off, and I was wondering whether this might be the problem.

Thanks you guys for any help,

Thomas
