Help me out here.
I have not long got my TT back into action.
The C: Drive ( IBM 270 ) was very much dead, riddled with errors anyway, so I have gone back to basics.
I have my versions of ExtenDOS, plus the patches up to 2.4, but, when I try to get them to play, the TT just hangs... It finds the first CDROM ( SCSI ID=5 ).
but thats it... The TT then can only be RESET.
Also, I am going to have a play with SPIN too, I found this much better for long filenames under Magic, but I am sure that there was somethign about it with GEM that had to be setup different??
Can anyone run me through what I need to do, to get both of these to run on the TT?
My CDROMS are both NEC CDRW Drives on SCSI ID 5 and ID 6 and I am using HD Driver 8.16
Which files go where and a copy of the CNF files would be sweet.
