Hi there,

The Atari Time Machine (http://homepage.tinet.ie/~morrikar) have just received delivery of our first Mega STE computer. We knew the FD wasn't working on this system before we got it, and replaced the FD with one from a Spare TT. Still, nothing happened. The machine boots, Power light comes on and the Hard Drive spins up - but we only get lines running down the screen on an SC1224. The new FD from the TT doesn't operate either (and we know this FD works). Any clues to what might be the problem? We want to get the machine working before beginning the refurbishment/cleaning stage.
