Hello ST people,
Recently I bought an Atari 1040STF from Germany with german TOS dated with
1987 (1.02 I suppose?). Since I don't know German, and I really like
English, I would be simply happy, if I will be able to replace this version
of TOS with UK version 1.04 or 2.06. What kind of chips do I need, and is
there any issues, which might arrive?
Actually, if someone could describe briefly all the process (some kind of
Linux-like howto), I will be very happy!
Ah! One more thing... How much does cost an IDE HDD controller for AtariST?
And who sells them nowdays?
